About Jeremy Williams
Jeremy Williams (he/they) is the founder of Queerodiverse, bringing together experience in counselling, community leadership, governance, advocacy, education, entrepreneurship, and organizational development. As a queer and neurodivergent leader, his connection to this work is both professional and personal. He created Queerodiverse around a belief that people should not have to separate parts of themselves in order to find community, support, or belonging.
Professional Experience
Jeremy is a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC), ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), and Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). He is the owner of Mountainside Wellness and the founder and CEO of ADHD Counselling Canada, a national initiative focused on connecting people with ADHD-informed professionals, resources, education, and support. Across his work, Jeremy has focused extensively on supporting queer and neurodivergent people and building more affirming and accessible approaches to mental health and community.
Leadership & Mentorship
Jeremy brings extensive experience in governance, policy, advocacy, and community leadership, including his work on the Board of Directors of QMUNITY. Mentorship is also an important part of his leadership. Through the Canadian Queer Chamber of Commerce (CQCC) and Queer Business BC, he has mentored queer and neurodivergent business owners, supporting entrepreneurs as they develop their ideas, navigate challenges, and build organizations that reflect who they are.
The Vision Behind Queerodiverse
At the heart of Jeremy’s approach is a belief that meaningful inclusion requires more than inviting people into existing spaces. It requires listening to lived experience, questioning systems that create barriers, and ensuring communities have a meaningful role in shaping what comes next. Through Queerodiverse, Jeremy is working to build a global community where queer and neurodivergent people can connect, contribute knowledge, access meaningful resources, develop their leadership, and influence the organizations and systems that affect their lives. It is a vision grounded in belonging, shared learning, and the belief that our differences can be a source of collective strength.
